Since the proxies for Greece are all not working, you have to use a manual proxy. Thanks to U.S I found a working proxy, that are: 195.200.193.156 port 8085, and 147.102.82.32 port 3128.

Wait for the page to start to load (turn white), turn off the proxy, highlight the URL and press your 'enter' key.
